Research
Our lab work concentrates on two domains. Both get the same treatment: formalize, instrument, measure, publish.
Treating cognition as a physical system — with structure, dynamics, and laws worth discovering. We study how reasoning behaves under load: where it holds, where it breaks, and what the failure modes look like from the inside.
Organizations and agent systems are ecosystems, not machines. We map how work actually flows — incentives, bottlenecks, feedback loops — and find the interventions that change the system's behavior instead of its org chart.
